3 - 4 Years.
 The children in 3 to 4 year age group follow the foundation stages framework. The unit can accommodate up to 24 children and 3 staff members.
The preschool room is a large bright room with a large variety of resources available to help them prepare for their formal education. The foundation framework ensures each child studies different topics every six weeks and staff liase with parents in advance to discuss the progress and development of their child. Preschool staff also collect and record appropriate information in each individual child’s file for parents to keep.
Key Workers
Each child will have their own key worker assigned to them. That member of staff will be responsible for your Childs daily care and record of achievement.
Outside Play Area
We have a large outside play area with a separate section for 2-4 years. Each area is well resourced with appropriate equipment for different age groups.
Settling In
Before your child starts nursery two 1 hour visits will be offered to enable parents /carers and children to familiarise themselves with the nursery routine and staff.
